Our Heritage
The Enduring Legacy of Alaskan Trappers
For generations, the Alaska Trappers Association has stood as a beacon of sustainable practice and community stewardship. Our founders dedicated their lives to preserving the delicate balance of the Alaskan wilderness, ensuring that trapping remains a viable and ethical tradition for future generations.
It is SCCATA's honor to continue that tradition as coordinator and facilitors of Fur Rendezvous' annual Fur Auction since 1977.
